Mary Clark
Hello! My name is Mary Clark. Born and raised in the United States, I’ve always been deeply connected to my faith and the teachings of the Bible.
While I am passionate about writing and exploring the depths of the Bible, my life isn’t solely confined to this digital space. I work closely with humanitarian organizations, assisting in emergency situations. This calling has taken me to various parts of the world, allowing me to witness the resilience of the human spirit and the unwavering power of faith.
There are periods when my work takes precedence, pulling me away from regular updates. However, I always return with renewed vigour and fresh insights.
Throughout my journey, I’ve been blessed to cross paths with some incredible individuals who have enriched my life in countless ways. Their stories, lessons, and love continue to inspire my writings and fuel my commitment here.
I am grateful for every reader who joins me on this spiritual journey. Together, we’ll explore, learn, and grow in faith. Thank you for being a part of this community.
Francis Xavier
Greetings! My name is Francis Xavier and I am delighted to share with you my passion for the Bible. Coming from a family where my mother was a philosophy professor, and my father was a devout believer in Christ, I was fortunate enough to be exposed to the Bible’s wisdom from an early age.
After pursuing a Master of Theological Studies (MTS) at Princeton Theological Seminary, my love for the Bible and its teachings only grew stronger. For more than 15 years, I have been deeply involved in exploring questions of faith and the archaeology of religious artefacts, especially in the Middle East. My experiences have given me a unique perspective and a profound appreciation for the Bible’s richness and relevance.
With this blog, I hope to share my insights and reflections on the Bible and inspire you to delve deeper into its teachings. Whether you are a long-time believer or a curious newcomer, I aim to enrich your faith and broaden your understanding of this remarkable book.
Thank you for joining me on this journey. May we grow in wisdom and faith together.
Filipe Moreira
My name is Filipe Moreira, and I am delighted to share with you the story of how this blog came to be.
It all started during a trip to Europe when I had the pleasure of meeting Francis Xavier. As we travelled together, I was struck by his deep passion for the Bible and his desire to share that passion with the world. That’s when I suggested that he start a blog and reach a wider audience.
At first, Francis was hesitant since he had never published anything online before. However, I offered to help him with the technical aspects of blogging, and we decided to give it a go. However, life got in the way, and it took us several years to finally start this project.
On a personal note, I have been tinkering with digital platforms since the early days of the internet, when the sound of a modem connecting was music to my ears. Building websites started as a hobby and quickly turned into a passion that now occupies my full-time career. While some may believe in magical elders controlling the web, I prefer to blame the gremlins in the code.
